ESKİŞEHİR, TÜRKİYE | SHARING CULTURE!
Eskisehir is a city where historical and modern elements are blended, located in the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. Located on the banks of the Porsuk Stream, the city is famous for its historical Odunpazarı houses. These houses shed light on Eskisehir’s past with their stone and wood textures.
The city also attracts attention with modern art galleries, museums and cultural events. It offers an unforgettable experience to its visitors with its bazaars and streets where you can enjoy local delicacies.
It was a great pleasure to photograph the beauty and diversity of this city during my visit to Eskisehir. I would like to share these photographs with you, the cultural texture of the city and how its people live together in harmony.
I hope that these visuals can make you feel the colors and cultural richness of Eskisehir and contribute to the strengthening of intercultural dialogue.
About Me

YAREN YILDIRIM
EU YOUTH WORKER
Hello everyone
I'm Yaren! I am 24 years old. I am a senior student of International Relations. I am also an EU Project Assistant. I work as a youth worker at Kültür Eğitim ve Proje Derneği (KEPDER).
I love traveling and getting to know different cultures, both for my work and as a hobby. When visiting different countries, I always feel how valuable it is to meet people and discover their lifestyles, values and beliefs. Photography deepens these experiences even more because each frame offers an opportunity to capture the essence of a culture, which encourages me to think more and learn more about cultural diversity.
